Ian Smith is a fluvial geomorphologist, Professor of Environmental/GIS studies at Niagara College and the projects committee chair of the Niagara Chapter of Trout Unlimited Canada.
Harry Reinders has been working on stream projects over 40 years ago and has constructed many kilometres of stream restoration utilizing a variety of design techniques and access limitations.
